Swan Lake

If you are like me you are always looking for something new, interesting, or different to do on the weekend or a day off.  When the new, interesting or different thing is free it is even better.  Well, I have just the adventure for you!

My husband and I went to see the swans on Magness Lake in Heber Springs, Arkansas on Thursday and it was absolutely amazing! You can read more about the Swans and the lake on my blog but I would really encourage you to go check out this amazing and rare site that we have here in Arkansas. AND IT'S FREE!!! Of course you can bring along clean shelled corn to feed the Swans and ducks, which I highly reccommend.

The E & W Wildlife Refuge on Magness Lake is located at 544 Hays Rd. in Heber Springs, Arkansas. It is free and open to the public all day, every day. You are welcome to bring along clean shelled corn (deer corn) to feed the swans, ducks and geese and of course you should bring along your camera. Enjoy!
